it is a big problem for president obama. i wrote this story, don, because as you said at the outset of the show, everybody talks about the latino vote and the black vote and the senior vote and the soccer mom vote but nobody looks closely at the biggest voter bloc of all which is the still whitetion and it's about 70 to 75% of the electorate. when i looked at the numbers in the polling 'lo and behold it shows that barack obama has a white voter problem that's worse than it was in 2008. i actually believe, with don, in 2008 that barack obama's race was actually an asset. americans loved the idea of electing the first black president. i think that really helped him in the election. it was cool to be for barack obama. it's a little bit of a problem now -- let me put it this way. it's not as big of an asset now as then because barack obama has a record to run on. and so you have more skepticism of white voters and the polling shows that barack obama is doing unbelievably well with black voters. 94 to 95% of the black vote for ba
